    Stuck on "More Ways to Play" Screen


    When loading up the app, it gives me a screen showing links to lead about the program, sign out, or view the privacy statement. How do I get past this? I'm an Xbox insider and I'm signed in on the app, so what's stopping me from getting through?

    Yes I’ll try those, but, I got more information about the crash. It looks like the game continues to respond, but it’s just that the screen is stuck. That means I can still play the game but the screen stays the same like it’s a picture.

    Is it only you or others? If so which DLC are you attempting to play? Are you able to full enter a match or you get a green screen and its stuck on waiting? Please give more details.
