Stuck on installation of Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare

I'm trying to install "Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare" on my Xbox One. It's stuck on 94% installation complete and I can only access some kind of limited demo of how to use four plants. I cannot find a main menu and I cannot completely exit the game.
I also cannot find any option to stop installation, delete the game, and attempt a reinstall. How can I get this game to get completely installed and access the main menu? Why can't I delete this game in Apps?

I would try deleting the game, do a hard reset, and then re-download.

To delete the game hit the menu button on the right of the xbox button. This will bring up the options to stop installation, uninstall, and manage game.

To do a hard reset hold the power button down on the front of the console for 8-10 sec until it shuts off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 sec. then plug it back in and power back on and try re-installing the game again.

I'm having a similar issue, but my game stops at 45%. I tried the hard reset and reinstall that you suggested, but it is not helping at all. What else can I do?
