Stuck on initial green xbox screen, tried 10 seconds reset and unplugging, tried factry...

Jono, being on that green startup screen, the only way to be able to enter the troubleshooting menu to attempt a factory reset is by performing the procedure indicated below, both for Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.

Turn off the console and then unplug the power cord to make sure the console is completely turned off.

- Wait 1 minute

- Reconnect the power cord.

- Press and hold the BIND button (used to sync controllers on the console) and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

- Continue pressing the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.

- I should listen to two ignition tones a couple of seconds apart.

Note: If you do not hear two ignition tones after 15 seconds, it means that this failed. Similarly, if you hear a screeching of "off", that also means that this failed.

- You must release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power tone.

- The console should start and show the problem resolution screen.

The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition and Xbox Series S does not have an EJECT button. On this console you only need to hold the BIND button, and then press the Xbox button

I’ve tried changing the hdmi wire’s and unplugging it for 10 seconds. I’ve kept it unplugged for a day and still stuck on the green screen with the xbox logo.

I am having the same problem and have tried the first response of holding the off button for 15 seconds and unplugging but it still is stuck on the green screen.

Mine has been stuck on the green screen for hours I have tried unconnecting power and reseting but is still stuck on the green screen. is this possibly green screen of death?

Ok I got home and turned on my xbox and im stuck at the xbox logo with the green backround.

I tried holding the power button for 10 seconds and rebooted but it doesnt go past the green screen.

I have been waiting for 30 minutes at the green logo
