    I was hold for 1 hour prior to swapping to the new call regarding an xbox order error. Is there any way that this could be expedited?? Overall 1:50 mins is a LONG time.

    2 1/2 hours....there has to be a better contact method.

    3 hour hold time!

    Try first thing in the morning. I called at 9:10AM EST and they called me back in one minute. Took my info and have scheduled a swap out for my dead machine. I waited 3 hours on Friday only to have a call back on Saturday. Neither did any good until today.
    Nice Girl Natalie, knew her stuff.
