Stuck on dialogue mid quest

Just be careful with some of those "stuck" Quest Items. You can "re-trigger" the Quest by simply visiting the same area again (which you picked them up) locking out further Quest down the line.

I had this happen with a Thieves Guild Quest and it "locked" a NPC that was required Dialogue in the following Quest to not engage. It essentially rendered my Character stuck in a permanent "limbo" area that could not be left. Luckily, I kept a Save prior to
this "experiment".

This is the only achievo I'm missing and it is because of the bug with Boethia. She just gets stuck in the first dialogue loop. I've tried different followers to sacrifice (Benor from Morthal, Belrand from the Solitude Tavern, and another). I've tried
clearing the cache and re-installing the patch (1.3.5). I've tried killing all the Boethia followers before making the sacrifice and also tried killing them immediately after. She always gets stuck at the same dialogue Can anyone advise of a confirmed
follower that works with this quest? Thx...

Yeah, I am unable to get the proper dialogue with the family to complete this quest!

The new Jarl of Windhelm will only tell you how they're doing with the extra folks in town and possibly give you Hjerim if your not done with that yet. He will make you a Thane again and give you another Axe. Thane weapon may be random.

The quest to talk to the Jarl of Whiterun is a stuck glitch for me. I have the option to talk to him but no new dialogue comes up. It remains in my quest list. Hope this helps.

Her quest triggers by having her as your companion for a bit.. and I know for sure that Vault 3 triggers dialogue (not sure if any other vault area such as Vault 34, Vault 22, or Vault 11 furthers the dialogue) although having her for a while after initial
trigger she'll approach you and ask for help.

(If you've started Still in The Dark quest, then you are out of luck regarding her quest.)
