Stuck on choppy scene from before I turned it off

I believe you’ll need to perform a power cycle. This process can fix many common bugs and glitches that may occur while using the console.

Physically power cycle the console

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xboxbutton on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

1. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xboxbutton on your controller.
   
   Note If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Instant-On power mode, the above steps will shut the console completely off. Instant-On mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.

Have you tried a different HDMI cable to see if that's the issue?

power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.

First I downloaded from Microsoft Store. If I want to run Minecraft Bedrock it stuck in the red open scene and no error message appear. Sometimes turns black and again it turns red.

only on non-play parts like cut scenes and such, the audio and video both cut out randomly and separately making cut scenes choppy and very time consuming. It is so annoying i basically have to skip all cut scenes on games where that option is available.
