Stuck on Agency Challenge #2

There was a past thread on this but the situation was not resolved Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

For this promo, as part of the Rewards program (and don't redirect me there, as I was redirected here. lol), when you complete a challenge/task/mission, you get the next one through email and should get $2 added to your account for each one.

When I finished the first challenge, I immediately got the credit, and within a few hours I got the next email.

Although I cannot get past this one, which is "Download a June Games with Gold game". The thing is, I already did, before this promo came up. I tried redownloading, reinstalling, all that, on both a One and 360, but still won't register.

I guess what I'm asking is, how can I get it to register so that I get the credit and the next email?

The terms on that page state that the credits will be sent within 15 days of program completion.

Sorry to hear you haven't received your codes. To check, is this an Xbox Live Rewards offer or is it a separate promotion? If it's a separate promotion can you please link us to the page with details so we can take a deeper look into this? Thanks!

Apologies for any confusion. I'm afraid we aren't able to assist with Xbox Live Rewards promotions. As was mentioned in the other thread, the credit will be sent out by July 7th. If you don't receive it by then definitely reach back out to the Rewards forum
