you should be able to uninstall and reinstall, if this isnt your email then youll need to contact microsoft supporrt if it till isnt allowing you in, also check that someone hasnt signed in and changed your email.

I did fill out the form already but I honestly don’t know what question I’m getting wrong. This account was made almost 10 years ago and I can’t remember the password to get into the email attached to the account, and can’t remember the contact phone number. I struggled with addiction for a long time and a lot of my memory is not what it used to be. Those are pretty much the only questions I could be getting wrong. I know the password to get into my Microsoft account but when I tried to change it when all of this was going down I had to change my contact phone number so I could get a verification text but it said it wouldn’t be updated till next month.

Hi thank you so much for your reply. I understand the situation I’m in. I haven’t yet been denied I don’t think but I’m not sure as I’m still not getting an outcome email. I’ve filled in the recovery form four times in the last two days and I haven’t heard anything. If I have two step verification on my account (I can’t remember) would I get an outcome email anyway saying that the recovery can’t be done? If I knew that I’d been denied, at least I could try and find some more facts. I can’t cancel game pass without being in the account, so il be paying for something I can’t use. So annoying that Microsoft decided to sign me out and loose everything and then charge me for the privilege!
