Stuck on 90%?? how to fix?

My download is stuck on 90%, anyone know how to fix it?

Gears of War 4 Achievements Problems

Completist stuck at 98% Remember the Fallen stuck at 90% War Journal has All Collectibles 50/50 anyone know how to fix this been trying all day can't get anywhere think it was something to do with game update that came yesterday ???

Squash and Run Achievement not Unlocking

In Far Cry 5 I have met the in game criteria for the achievement Squash and Run but it has been stuck on 90% and it has not unlocked for me. I completed this criteria weeks ago even though it still says 90% complete. I have put my achievement tracker on
and ran and killed multiple eniemes with multiple vehicles over multiple times while the achievement progress is still stuck at 90%. This is ridiculous frustrating seeing how it is one of 2 achievements I need left to complete all in the game and I cant even
unlock it.

Check your download speed under your network settings on your Xbox One. Also, disconnect anything that is pulling off of your network and don't watch services like Netflix and it should speed it up. Also try pausing and unpausing the download.

Yes, I am having the same problems on Halo: The Master Chief Collection, 4 achievements are stuck on 90% + I'm not getting some in-game unlockables. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Unlike Xbox 360, the Xbox One does not have a menu option to clear cache on the console. Instead, follow these steps to clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Plug the power cable back into the console.

Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

Turn on the console using the power button.

Then try disconnecting from your network, and reconnecting.
