    I found that I actually had a dodgy hdmi cable and when I replaced it it worked perfectly. So if you've gone through all the different settings and the resolution is still terrible try and change the hdmi cable

    Im going to assume you are referring to the resolution being displayed by your console on your screen (obv😉) and you would like to change it to a higher resolution.

    Firstly: Is this the native resolution of the screen being used, and is it the highest capability of said screen?

    Secondly: To change the setting on your console simply follow the steps outlined in the link provided below. Hope this helped with your issue.

    Still getting the "That didn't help" error

    Upon changing the Display Overrides from Auto-Detect to HDMI, the picture changed to a 640 x 480 resolution and 4K was not an available option. Interesting!
