    Hey friends I need some help here. This single dad is failing my boys hard. I can't log in on my boys PS4 in minecraft.

    I now have 3 Microsoft accts created in outlook. If I now try ANY of my 3 accts (mine or the boys) I keep getting the same error message as shared in the subject line.

    Do i clear my "cache" somehow and restart?

    Is there a different want to log one of the boys in? or even myself?

    I must be inept because this has been needlessly difficult form my understanding.

    Hi ever since i got my ps5 i cannot get into my mincraft account at all or even log in with a different account how can i fix this

    I try to log in to mincraft on my ps5 and i used the same email that i have used on my ps4 and when i try sign in it says "oops! Looks like the account is already connected please sign in woth the previous connected microsoft account and i used the same email and it is still not working

    Your son's account has already been linked to a Microsoft account already, to solve the situation you need to use the same Microsoft account linked to the game, as there's no way to link a different one

    Support can't change the account linked

    If anyone is having the "Oops! It looks like this account is already connected." error. The best way I did it was to delete the Microsoft account and then go back to the PlayStation 4 Minecraft to get the code again. then you repeat and you will get
    your account back.

    I have the same issue. The difference is that I have never entered my MS account on my PS5 and accordingly never connected my MS account to my PSN account.



    I contacted PSN support and they answered me that I need to contact MS support because PSN support doesn't have any information about which MS accounts are connected to which PSN accounts when it comes to Minecraft connection to MS account for network gaming.

    So who on the MS side can tell me to which PSN account my MS account was already connected? I am pretty sure this is a glitch because I have never connected my account before yesterday when I got this message.
