    so i need help my account got locked and i cant send a code to a phone number its demanding to try again tommrorow when i tried the next day it told me again to try tommorow if my account has been banned i really hope you guys can sort my problem out thanks guys!

    We understand that you are trying to access your account and you cannot send a verification code to it. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner. Before anything else, Microsoft Account is managed by completely automated server and account security is a top priority at Microsoft and we know you do same.

    To properly isolate your concern, we will be asking some questions and please provide details/information for us.

    1. May we ask for the exact message that says you need to send a code to a phone number? Kindly take a screenshot and use this as guide, How to include a screenshot in your post.
    2. Is your account was previously signed into the device you are using?
    3. You have mentioned that your account was locked. May we know if you saw this error message (please see screenshot below)?

    There are times that accessing your Microsoft Account will take a while especially if it says you need to try again tomorrow. It is best to wait at least 48-72 hours to re-access the said account.

    Kindly let us know, if there is any misunderstanding of our description by sending us a reply.
