Stuck installing an app and its stuck on 0 Bytes.

Ive tried restarting the download and every time I do it changes the amount it has to download. For example: It will say 0.00 Bytes out of 9.81 mb. Its stuck there for a long while so I try it again and it will say: 0.00 Bytes out of 2.88KB. Ive tried restarting and other troubleshooting methods and its still broken.

Sorry to hear you are having issues? Have you tried doing a full power cycle of the console? If that hasn't worked, have you deleted the download and then reset the Xbox keeping apps and games.

Thank you for all of your suggestions. I already tried that yesterday and it didn't seem to work but when I opened my Xbox app today my installed games actually appeared correctly in the sidebar whereas they didn't before. However, my installation is still stuck at 0 bytes/sec and none of my installed games actually open. I click play in the app but nothing happens.

You're not the only one.... I can't download any Gold games at all (stuck at 0% installing), and no apps load, either.

I am stuck when i try to open the app. It starts updating and even if i waited 20/30 minutes the bar is stucked to 0%. I tried mano times, i try to reinstall, to reinstall the store, to update windows 11 etc etc. But nothing works. I can install the app every time but every time it stay at 0% updating after i launch it
