    Stuck in the Minecraft Windows 10 Beta


    Hello, I would for someone to help me, I am stuck in the Minecraft beta, I have tried many things but none of them are working, I am increasingly getting tired of this... It has been nearly 8 days since I got stuck. The version of the Xbox Insider I am using is 1.2103.3001.0, I tried all the options in this link, https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2018/07/09/minecraft-beta-guide-and-faqs/ but it is for the Xbox Insider Hub, not the new Xbox Insider App. The app crashes when I click "Leave Preview" or "Save" every single time, I have tried many things but it does not work.

    Hey there, SnappyBark0! Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta is only available free for users that had the original Minecraft: PC (or Mac) Edition. If you only have the Minecraft: 360 Edition, you will not be able to get the Windows 10 Beta version for free.

    I checked into this
    forum post     and it seems like you may need to contact
    Mojang Support    . Usually a uninstall and reinstall of the game should work, however in your case it hasn't.

    Looked through some of the help articles - man the information is confusing.

    Anyways from what I'm inferring from the posts is that you can play Windows 10 to Windows 10, and Pocket Edition to Windows 10 and that's it right now.
