Stuck in limbo with Xbox All Access return

Started off with getting Xbox All Access through Best Buy right before Christmas as presents for my two kids.

Christmas came around, and the Xbox did not have Xbox Game Pass pre-installed like it was supposed to during setup. Imagine the disappointed kids.

After 1 week of working with Citizens One to try to get the game pass installed on Xbox, I gave up and decided to return the Xbox to Best Buy without ever able to activate my game pass (which I don't even have the code for, because it was supposed to be e-delivered directly to the console). This was on 12/30/2020.

Best Buy refunded me for the console, which was roughly half of the total purchase, and informed me that Citizen's One was suppose to refund me the balance of Game pass and close out my account.

It is now 4 and a half months later, Best Buy and Citizen's one are pointing finger at each other saying the other was suppose to issue the refund, and I am no closer in getting this resolved. In the mean time, I have to keep making payment on an All Access system that I don't own in fear that my credit will be negatively impacted due to none payment on an account.

Has anyone experience this and have any advice on how to get this resolved? It seems like no one is willing to own up to it and get this resolved.

Regarding your issue, you will need to actually contact the retailer from where you got your Xbox All Access.

Hi there. It's been a while since visiting these pages. However I used to spend a lot of time dealing with account issues and guiding people to the enforcement team with all sorts of "problems" like this. Unless they have changed things and are more relaxed
now I very much doubt you will be able to use that particular gamertag again. The enforcement team do not simply hand out gamertag violation changes willy nilly... They investigate every report brought against an account and if that report is valid they act.

Xbox support will not be of any help as they do not have the authority to deal with these cases. All they can do and what they should do is prompt you to speak with the Enforcement team.

If the Xbox Live Enforcement team said you can have your original gamertag back, then this could take time for them to update your Xbox Live gamertag again. We on these forums have no contact with the Xbox Live Enforcement team, so we can't really help in
that respect.

I would recommend waiting for 24 to 48 hours and try again. If you continue to have problems, then please reply back and I will try my best to escalate this the best way I can for you.

Misses Quinzel, it's been way over 48 hours and none of the locked achievements stuck on 100% have unlocked.

The below four Titanfall achievements were all earned on july 31st, and are all stuck in limbo as "Locked (100)" :
