    Stuck in game Sign in - XBOX apps pc


    Can someone help me with my XBOX apps on pc problem?

    I cant sign in on any games , since the sign in windows just turn white and blank, as the attached image.

    Have tried to reinstall the XBOX apps, and the gaming services but still have no result

    Hello, can you help me again? the problem occured again.. sigh..

    previously it has been fixed with your sugested method,
    Today, when i load EXOPRIMAL , it occured again, but this time the local cache was already blank when i try to delete it.

    Do you have any other solution?

    Sorry about that. Let's try some steps that might help. Kindly delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

    This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then try signing in to the Xbox app again.

    how can you play games from console on your PC?

    sign into the kids account on pc, open xbox app, sign out of xbox app and sign in with your account, download forza 5, once done sign out of xbox app and back in with your childs account, they can now launch and play the games, you have been able to share windows games and xbox app games and gamepass pc games with other accounts for a very long time.
