stuck in endless loop of unhelpfulness - no audio on xbox one controller

this website and its lack of human help/email contact is driving me slowly insane as i endlessly end up in a circle of getting nowhere

i bought an xbox one controller in April from this website, the sound on the headset is now not working thru that controller - it is working on the other two controllers we have perfectly ok with the same headset.

when i try to request a repair it asks me to register the xbox. when i put the serial number of the xbox itself i get a red error message and it tells me to contact support and the frustrating process starts all over agin

what can i do here to move this forward??? is there anyone in the microsoft organisation that could actually, you know, answer an email from a human being???

Controller disconnects, only reconnects by removing battery

Day One controller with Xbox One Stereo Headset plugged in.

Every once in a while during a game, the music will get stuck in an audio loop, the character's movement will be stuck in whatever direction I was pressing when the lockup occurred, and the system no longer responds to any input. The only fix is to yank
out the battery and plug it back in.

Anyone else encounter this problem?

Based on your edited post from above, is your Xbox game pass sharing still stuck in loading?

Also, despite the endless loop, does the Xbox game pass subscription works on your accounts?
