    Stuck in dev mode!


    Running Skip Ahead and Dev mode is not a good idea.

    Currently stuck in dev mode with no way of leaving. The dev dash wont load and https://xboxone:11443 fails too.

    Could this maybe be included in the issues list, at least for visibility??

    And does anyone know if there is a button combination to start up in normal retail mode. Or is my only option here to reset my Xbox?

    Edit: Settings -> System -> Console Info -> Developer -> untick Developer Mode. This disables dev mode on the Xbox and lets you enter the normal retail mode on restart (the console will restart on its own, 30 secs after confirming). If you plan on using dev mode in the future the console has to be registered again

    Is there a reason that there no responses to this query and others that are exactly the same as mine? Why the avoidance with this topic?

    I would like the problem fixed as this is something that I had to pay for.

    i bought it from a craigslist deal. it was stuck in dev mode and i had to some research to get it back into retail mode.

    There is such a function in Dev mode.

    It is possible to use a virtual machine in Dev Mode.
