    Stuck in appearing offline


    after hours of rebooting, fixing privacy settings, hard resetting and even removing accounts... I cant get it so that my friends stop appearing as offline. Someone please help!!!!!

    Did you ever find a fix because my profile keeps saying online status unknown and I'm stuck appearing offline

    My friends tell me I'm apearing offline but I'm online.

    I've check all my setting and I should be appearing online. I did a hard restart a few times and no luck. Reset my modem and router a few times still the same. So I'm stuck in appearing offline. I can join parties and play multiplayer games.

    Stuck in offline, can still use apps, but all social features don't work. Every time I set my profile to appear online it flicks back to offline.

    I’m stuck on appear offline. Nothing I do helps. Anyone else?

    I’m gonna add that on two different consoles (series x and one x) all profiles on both consoles are stuck on appear offline and can not be switched to appear online. Again this is a regular thing I do (appear offline) and it NEVER has been an issue until now. What is the deal. Really frustrating and frankly a pretty stupid **** problem from Xbox. I’m sure there will be tons of stupid “well don’t appear offline” or things of that nature cause… it’s the internet but still…. Xbox help!!

    Hi, have you verified if you have not set you as "invisible" on the xbox live? I had the same problem some days ago, in order to verify it you need to open the guide on the xbox -> go to the profile tab ->open your profile -> verify here if you appear offline
    and change the setting

    Thanks for the reply, I did an offline install and then an online update for Dead Rising 3, but im still having the issue of being stuck at the loading screen before any sort of menu appears.
