    Stuck in 640x480 and I can’t change it


    I did a reset by pressing my home and eject button as I was stuck on no signal. Ever since I’ve been stuck on 640x480 and it won’t change, yet it allows me to select another resolution. Anyone know how to fix?

    Display Issues

    If it’s stuck at 640x480 that means the Xbox can’t talk to the TV and find out it’s abilities. It’s an HDMI issue

    You could have a defective port on the console or the TV. Please make sure any firmware updates have been performed, and try another cable as well.

    I have the same problem. Following the steps mentioned in help section didnt change anything. Mine is a brand new xbox one S. After a couple of days its just stuck at 640x480.

    Same issue. Support chat did nothing for me. Xbox One X here. Maybe try a display reset but it automatically resets you in 640x480 witch is the only way I get visual now.
