    Can anyone help please? I am logged into my xbox live account on the site, doing everything correct as it seems, but every time, I get this error...I have had my Xbox Live account for almost a year now...

    Microsoft Bingo--unable to connect-- getting message "Sorry, we're not sure........"

    There seems to be some problems with the service.

    Let's hope MS fixes it soon.
