When you completed the VIP Boost offer back in February, this raised your next level to be promoted to from 3 to 4. In a somewhat confusing coincidence, in March you spent exactly enough to be at 23% towards rank 4. Since you were at 23% towards rank 3 at
the end of February, this made it appear like your progress had not moved, if you had not been checking on a daily basis. We can confirm that your MyVIP progress is being accurately tracked.

they were id games like 20 dollars each, some5 etc. if the staff could please take a look. thank you.

Keep in mind that pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases do not qualify for MyVip. If you made eligible purchases and the MyVip % did not increase then the staff will have to review and see what the issue is.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.
