    Struggling with support and getting my account back


    I've been trying for a while now but support haven't really done anything to help because its been hard to contact and get my account back with them because I've been told to make new email and a bunch of other things with it but i just want my old account back because i had minecraft and other games purchased on there that i cant access and play with friends anymore because of it the account i have set up to it is my email with dots in one after my name and one after my 2nd name but when i log into this account on websites it says its the same email yet it has a different profile picture than the one in app for minecraft and when i try login through the app it asks for password i enter the right password yes i have reset it multiple times entered the correct one but the recovery email for the account isn't mine anymore its someone i don't know i hadn't noticed for a while because i didn't log into the account for a few months but then i checked and i had emails of my recovery email being removed from the account same with all security info and some email idk being added with another one yet it still lets me go through to the password part of login and i cant do anything from there because when i reset my password it resets it for the websites version of the account with the dots in but the one in app is completely different and i cant do anything ive been trying for a few months now but support aren't really helping me much and its hard to understand some of the things they say because its in broken English i haven't given my account info to a single person either so i cant have been hacked by that i just really want my account back and be able to finally play minecraft and other things with my friends again its late and im gonna go sleep so sorry if some stuff i didn't make sense ill try my best to keep on top of responding.

    Did you receive any guidance. I am affraod we are still struggling and the support is really not good. For 3months now my son is struggling with his account.

    Hello again Tim, unfortunately that is the only way to contact support. As I told you before, you should keep trying until the support system connects you with a real person.

    Thanks for treplying.

    The link you have suggested is the link I have been using. When you try and contact a real person is where the process breaks. I cannot get beyond the 'We're unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.' stage and therefore unable to get an Xbox person to engage with me.

    I'm hoping there may be a different route I can navigate to get to a real person, I just need some help to identify it.
