Struggling with frequent freezes, random crashes, and power limit throttling.

I am very sorry for what you are going through, it is possible that the power limitation is causing your computer to crash and crash. Power throttling occurs when the CPU or GPU cannot consume as much power as it needs to function properly. Sometimes servers stop higher download speeds or throttling to protect them from crashing. Basically they limit download speeds for consistency.

Just white usually a game will crash, light blinks series x games seem to struggle to play. And sometimes they'll freeze and shut the console down. No error messages though

I've had it since the day the Xbox 360 came out back in 05/06 whenever, seems like the only option though.

You tried most of what I would normally suggest. You can send your console for internal repairs to Microsoft, it costs nothing if its still under warranty.
