    We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the strike system. Please note that Microsoft takes all reports seriously and investigates them thoroughly before taking any action. However, I understand that it can be frustrating when you feel like you're being unfairly punished.

    This new system attaches strikes to every enforcement, ranging in severity based on inappropriate activity where you can view of their enforcement history. This gives you a better understanding of enforcement severity and the cumulative effect of multiple enforcements.

    If you believe that you have been wrongly suspended, you can appeal the decision by submitting an appeal to the enforcement team. They will be able to review your case and provide you with more information on why the suspension was issued.     This strike system is not good

    You can't contact support for .help. Support had nothing to .do with enforcement

    You only have the option to file an appeal on the enforcement site that Kathy mentioned

    The only way to get suspension or strikes if you retaliated in a way that breaks the rules

    You do not know the results of your reports

    This strike system is not good

    I played in mw3, 5 strikes arrived, I wrote to support to appeal, the bot replies that I'm a fraud and a lot of points that don't even concern me, I didn't correspond with Niskim at all and I don't have a microphone, 15 days of online service block, it turns out if there are 3 strikes and there will be a ban for a year, that this is some kind of abuse of users, I don't even understand why it was blocked

    That's not how it works. You will never get a strike for just being reported. To receive a strike you actually need to break the community standards, This has not changed. Remember, by signing up for the service, you agreed to abide by these rules which are legally binding.
