Streets of Rage Vintage Collection Problem

I have called X box support for the past few days, I am getting no help at all. I purchased Streets of Rage vintage collection in November and it's been working great.... However, the last few days, there is a huge issue! Streets of rage vintage collection
has all 3 streets of rage games and under my icon for streets of rage vintage collection all it says is "Streets of Rage 2" and all it plays and loads up as is Streets of Rage 2, the XBLA game Streets of Rage 2... Not the Vintage Collection. SoR2 was released
in 2007 I believe and I did download that in that year, however this title is not even on the backwards compatibility list!!! The vintage collection is on the backwards compatibility list... I don't understand what's going on? I even u installed and reinstalled
it!! Please help me, is anyone else having this problem?!

Unable to play Streets of Rage 2

I purchased Streets of Rage 2 for Xbox Live Arcade back in 2007.

Now when trying to play the game online with a friend today, we were greeted with a nice message telling us to purchase the Sega Vintage Collection: Streets of Rage in order to play online.

I'm curious as to why I am unable to play Streets of Rage 2 anymore without purchasing the Sega Vintage Collection: Streets of Rage?

Streets of Rage 2 is also not available for purchase on the Xbox Live Marketplace anymore.

Sorry t o hear the trouble. To make sure we understand what's going on, do you get an error message or anything like that when you put the collection disc in your Xbox One? Or are you only able to access Streets of Rage 2?

 

It's not a disc... It's a digital download.. SEGA vintage collection Streets of Rage.. It's a digital download.. No error message it just boots up the wrong streets of rage game... Streets of Rage 2 was available as an X Box Live Arcade game in 2007... I
owned it... The vintage collection was released in 2012 I think and contained all 3 streets of rage games.... The vintage collection is backwards compatible... However, when I boot up the vintage collection, it just plays the old X Box live arcade version
of streets of rage 2... It does not play the vintage collection. Does that makes sense at all?

On the Xbox One console are you seeing two different tiles for Streets of Rage? Have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the game yet as well?

I uninstalled it, reinstalled it and everything it was still going right to the SOR2 XBLA game not the vintage collection... I was seeing 1 icon the Vintage Collection icon, but the text just said "Streets of Rage 2" one of the weirdest things I have ever
seen!! I woke up this morning and after 3 days of being like this, it is fixed! I guess someone read the message on here and fixed it... Whoever you are thank you so much!

 

For proof, look at my previous play game icons... That is SoR2 icon right there next to banjo kaZooie and sonic3!! I don't have a 360 anymore so I Jair don't get what happend lol... I'm just so happy it is fixed... These 3 games to me are just classics!
