    Hello,

    I have installed "Street of rage 4" through the Xbox (beta) Game Pass. The game starts OK but it isn't detecting the Xbox 360 controllers (it says they are disconnected). It happens the same with "Metal Slug X" but they are working fine with "Ori and the
    Will of the Wisps" and "Overcooked! 2" (and many other games).

    I have checked the drivers and they seem to work fine and when I try to update them they say are up to date.

    ¿Has someone an idea of what to do?

    Had the same issue with my 360 gamepad. The solution was to update the 360 driver on Windows 10.

    Unfortunately it brought back the other issue which had forced me to use an old driver> the newest one gives the analog left stick the power to control Windows menus, what's really annoying when you are using it as a mouse already (on a HTPC in my case).
    Until Microsoft fix it, letting you choose to let the gamepad control just games and not the OS, as intended, the subpar solution will be keeping the driver switching when bumping into a game that expects the last one. Well, at least will now be able to play
    SoR4 in coop with my wife...

    I wanted to play Timespinner so t the end I have download it on another platform. The funny thing: It works perfectly. No gamepad issues. So the problem is not from game devs, it is from the Xbox framework.

    I know it is in beta stage, but I cannot understand why is it messing with something like this.

    This isn't really a satisfactory answer I know....but in the mean time I've been told that if you wiggle to left joystick when this happens the dpad starts functioning again. Beyond that I would try alerting the devs through their feedback channel.

    No, It's the Xbox 360 controller and I'm playing on PC. I have tried other games:

    OK: Ori and the Will of the Wisps, Overcooked! 2, Dead Cells, Gris

    Failed: Street of rage 4, Metal Slug X, Vambrace: Cold Soul (I'm not sure it has pad support), Timespinner
