Street Fighter IV won't update to Ultra edition after purchase and download

i just bought SFIV for the 360 on my Xbox One (because I just found out it was BC).

After playing for a day I decided that I wanted to upgrade SFIV to the Ultra edition for 15 bucks. The problem is that I can download and install the Ultra add-on but when I start up SFIV it does not upgrade to the Ultra edition. I need support on this one...

Ultra Street Fighter IV upgrated disappeared and returned to SSFIV Arcade Edition

I upgraded the Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition to
Ultra Street Fighter IV and I did it inside the game in Marketplace Live, so the update does not appear in my downloads xbox live.
But I stop to play for a few months and I came back and I had to upgrade the XBox 360.

Now, I don't see USFIV, the Xbox 360 just show me SSFIV. When I upgraded the SSFIV Arcade Edition to USFIV the message told me that it's not possible come back to SSFIV Arcade Edition.
What is happened? How can I keep playing the Ultra Street Fighter IV? I don't want to pay the update again...

I've downloaded and reinstalled both the game and add-ons with multiple reboots but still nothing has changed.

When I choose manage game I only see the game itself and the power up pack add-on. When I go to
system -> storage -> make more space
I see the Ultra SFIV add-on installed under leftover add-ons. My only options here are to
uninstall the add-on or See in Microsoft Store (where it says i purchased it).

As I stated above I have rebooted multiple times, cleared the local saved games and Xbox 360 storage and downloaded and reinstalled SFIV and the add-ons. I'm running out of options on my end...

This could be that your profile isn't registering the content as your own. We recommend deleting the content from the leftover add-ons, refreshing your profile
by removing it and adding it again. Afterward, try managing the game from "My Games and Apps" and download the content from this area. This should help you with this issue. Thank you.
