street fighter 30th anniversary collection

i preordered street fighter 30th anniversary collection and was supposed to receive codes to redeem free digital copies of street figher 4 arcade edition and street fighter 4 ultra edtion and never received those codes and it has been more than the 10 days
that i had to wait to receive those bonuses

I have not received promotion codes for pre-order

I pre-ordered street fighter 30th anniversary collection in 03/18. The pre-order description stated that you will receive Super street fighter 4, and the ultra add on with purchase of said pre-order. Also, that you will receive the promotion 7 - 10 days
after the release of Street fighter 30th anniversary collection. I have not received the promotion.

I have contacted Xbox support twice, they told me that we can only post here or e-mail Capcom USA at L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** as our only chance to get the codes. That technically it is 10 business days, so that none of us have a case
until June 13th when the 10 business days will have ended. I have made two posts here and no answers, I have not gotten my codes either, and that we should all wait until after June 13th to raise concerns and that it isn't a big deal as it isn't like anyone
is going to die, and we will eventually get the codes after time. This was told to me by Xbox Support specialists Paul and Randy. I really hope someone will contact someone and help to get us our codes. Microsoft isn't doing anything, Capcom isn't doing
anything....

it's been >10 days. I've contacted Xbox twice and was now told to post on these forums to, and I quote, "Thank you for that, we get this a lot, this was already raised to our sales specialist and collecting all this, for now we don't have copy of the codes
to give out at the moment, but for you to get your code sooner, I recommend to post something to our sales and promotion forums support, for you to be contacted by them and send you a code sooner,". They were kind enough to send me a link....

 

I also pre-ordered and haven't received any codes for SF IV Arcade/Ultra Editions. I have talked to two Microsoft reps and they completely unhelpful. One told me to wait until 10 days after pre-order (even though it was already 12 days after), and if
that didn't work then to "go on to internet forum and see if others are having the same issue." The other rep said he "escalated my issue to a higher tier," but it has been 4 days since then and I have not heard anything. Seems like this should be a pretty
simply issue to sort out, or atleast acknowledge the issue and let the waiting customers know what is going on.

I have seen on other forums that other retailers (Best Buy) have been sending out Xbox codes, so I would like to know what Microsoft's holdup is and when they will get it sorted. As with many others, the SFIV bonus was one of the main reasons I pre-ordered
the game.

 

i just got my codes for the street fighter game i preordered last month despite the fact i had to wait almost a month to get my codes i am still happy with the fact that this forum does help even though its difficult to be patient with something we payed
for and were promised i do hope eveyone else got there codes as well and i thank everyone for there support and for posting there concerns on this forum.
