    Street Fighter 30th anniversary collection preorder codes not showing up


    I prerecord the Street fighter 30th anniversary collection, and the pre-order bonus was two codes, one for Super Street fighter 4 arcade edition, the other for the Ultra Street fighter 4 DLC for the Super Street fighter 4 arcade edition game. Now the Codes
    were not supposed to land until 7-10 days after the Game released on May 29th. It did not state it was busness days, just 7-10 days after the game launched. I have not received the codes and it is now more than 10 days since May 29th when the game released.

    Can anyone help me out, I tried to call Xbox support, and they told me my only resource was to post to this forum and someone will be able to help me.

    I preordered Street fighter 30th anniversary collection and didn't recive my redeem code for USF4

    with my preorder of street fighter 30th anniversary collection I was supposed to recive a redeem code for ultra street fighter 4

    7 to 10 days after the realease

    It is now after 10 business day after May 29th. I still have not received the cods. Xbox support Paul and Randy didn't even make a service case about it, but Josh did.

    I have also contacted Capcom USA via e-mail and over the phone, where I confirmed the entire customer support staff of Capcom USA is currently on vacation until June 18th, but the lady at Capcom told me that because of how long they have been on vacation
    already, to not expect a response until June 25th at least. I got a message that I got a message from xbox staff on my xbox, but it will not load it. I deleted my profile, then hard restarted my xbox, then re added my profile with no success. I have tried
    loading my profile on a friend's xbox with no success, and the xbox app in windows 10 also will not load any new messages. I need those two codes for Super street fighter 4 arcade edition and the Ultrra street fighter 4 DLC for it. Those codes are the main
    reason why I bought the Street Fighter 30th anniversary collection. Can someone please help me?

    Ultra Street Fighter IV Backwards Compatibility Issue

    Ultra street fighter IV is actually a DLC that is shown as available, not it's own game. I was wondering if that had anything to do with it. Also weren't prepurchases of the 30th Street Fighter Anniversary collection given Ultra Street Fighter IV?
