Any update? It has been a week since Xbox acknowledged the problem, but yet we have no update on the problem. Retailers other than Microsoft seem to have been able to get codes out to their customers already.

I received the codes today. After entering the codes I searched for the games in the store, they were ready to install. For the Ultra update, search for "ultra sfiv" instead of the full title, I couldn't find it (only the costume packs came up) but when
I typed "ultra s" it popped up. Downloaded and everything seems fine.

Thanks to the community for piping up. Thank you Microsoft for following through and resolving the issue.

I have also pre-ordered the game and have not received the code for "Ultra Street Fighter 4." It has been more than 10 days from the release date. Hopefully this is resolved.

I don’t get it. I’m seeing some say they got codes or it’s showinf ready to install. Nothing here still. So disappointed in this preorder process. It’s been over a month and nothing.

I also received the codes over the weekend and they both worked fine for me. I also had to search the store for the "ultra" update.

My case was closed (1429133993) and I still haven’t received my codes. Any ideas??? Very frustrating that it’s been over a month and others have got the codes now.

I contacted XBox support again this morning and was told to "patiently wait 7-10 more days" This has to be some kind of joke. No support here, no support from phone/chat. They did give me $10 MS credit for the long wait, but as many times as I've had to
call in it's not even worth it.

Greetings, buy in preorder the 30 anniversary game of Street Fighter which offered me a digital copy of Street Fighter IV Arcade Edtion

Unfortunately I still do not receive the corresponding code for the Super Ultra Street Fightr IV game, it's been more than three weeks.

I got an email from Xbox support last night stating codes would be sent in 7-10 more days.

“Hello,

This is Abel from Microsoft Xbox Support, this is to inform you that we have forwarded your issue and they have told me that the code for the game Street Fighter 30th Anniversarry will be release within 7-10 days.”

This seems like they are telling you about when we were originally supposed to get the codes.

I have contacted Xbox support twice, they told me that we can only post here or e-mail Capcom USA at L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** as our only chance to get the codes. That technically it is 10 business days, so
that none of us have a case until June 13th when the 10 business days will have ended. I have made two posts here and no answers, I have not gotten my codes either, and that we should all wait until after June 13th to raise concerns and that it isn't a big
deal as it isn't like anyone is going to die, and we will eventually get the codes after time. This was told to me by Xbox Support specialists Paul and Randy. I really hope someone will contact someone and help to get us our codes. Microsoft isn't doing
anything, Capcom isn't doing anything....
