Street Fighter 30 Anniversary

I pre ordered 30th Street Fighter Anniversary for the XBOX ONE from the XBOX Store last Tuesday 29th May 2018.

It said as part of the pre bonus supposed to received codes for Ultra Street Fighter 4, I still not received this and support advisory told me to write this message so I can be informed when I will receive the two codes as part of
the pre order bonus.

Still waiting for my copy of Street Fighter 4 from the promo of 30th Anniversary pre sale

I bought the street fighter 30 anniversary in pre sale on my Xbox one and it was said that I was going to receive a digital copy of street fighter 4 in 7-10 days, starting in May 29th.. I haven't received the street fighter 4 yet, although I have already
installed the 30th anniversary game. What I need to do to get my digital copy of street fighter 4?

Greetings, buy in preorder the 30 anniversary game of Street Fighter which offered me a digital copy of Street Fighter IV Arcade Edtion

Unfortunately I still do not receive the corresponding code for the Super Ultra Street Fightr IV game, it's been more than three weeks.

 

I have the same problem like you, I have pre ordered on April 2018, and the news said that need 7-10 working days for the bonus game "Ultra Street Fighter 4" game code by email, and I have no Email receive until now, what can I do?

 

Same here. I contacted Capcom and was told it’s on MS’ end.

 

I have the same exact problem. I preordered the game at March 20, 2018 and I still have not received any codes for Super Street Fighter IV Arcade edition and Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Please Microsoft sent them as soon as possible.

I have contacted Xbox support twice, they told me that we can only post here or e-mail Capcom USA at L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** as our only chance to get the codes. That technically it is 10 business days, so
that none of us have a case until June 13th when the 10 business days will have ended. I have made two posts here and no answers, I have not gotten my codes either, and that we should all wait until after June 13th to raise concerns and that it isn't a big
deal as it isn't like anyone is going to die, and we will eventually get the codes after time. This was told to me by Xbox Support specialists Paul and Randy. I really hope someone will contact someone and help to get us our codes. Microsoft isn't doing
anything, Capcom isn't doing anything....

Apologies for our late reply here. We have forwarded onto the appropriate teams earlier this week to investigate, and they are continuing to work on this issue. We do not have any additional details to provide at this time but do know we are aware.

so I'm guessing that means hopefully soon we will get the codes ?

 

This is somewhat encouraging. Hopefully, we will get the codes soon and they don't have the same issues (codes for SFIVAE upgrade instead of the actual game) that those that purchased from other retailers had with the XBOX codes
they received.

 

I got an email from Xbox support last night stating codes would be sent in 7-10 more days.

“Hello,

This is Abel from Microsoft Xbox Support, this is to inform you that we have forwarded your issue and they have told me that the code for the game Street Fighter 30th Anniversarry will be release within 7-10 days.”

 

This seems like they are telling you about when we were originally supposed to get the codes.
