Streaming Xbox to Windows 8.1

I tried installing the Xbox Companion app to stream but I got the message:

Where do you want to install?

It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account.

I was signed in to the same microsoft account that i use on my xbox and the xbox is listed in my devices.

This feature, like most Xbox features, is only supported on Windows 10

I currently can't stream music from Windows 8.1 to xbox 360. I currently can stream video and photos from Win 8 computer to 360 no problem. Here is my problem with the music streaming: http://youtu.be/MWRw4M1vpG0

Xbox One is DNA and PlayReady compliant so you should be able to use applications that support these protocols to stream from your PC. In addition, Windows 8.1 directly supports playing video to the Xbox One using the Devices Charm. (Charms bar > Devices
> Play > Choose Xbox One). You must be in a video application on Windows 8.1 in order to work. This does not function with Desktop applications or previous versions of Windows. There are probably other applications out there that can enable this functionality
for non-Windows 8.1 operating systems.

Hi, I have recently upgraded my OS from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Pro N.

I have installed Windows Media Feature Pack - still Xbox app is without streaming options.

I have also reinstalled Xbox App, with Powershell commands.

Still, no options to receive stream from Xbox One console to Windows 10
