    Streaming Windows games to Xbox One Console


    Hey Guys,

    So I am a Preview Member and I am already aware of the ability to stream Xbox One games to Windows 10. I am however interested in doing the other way around, streaming windows games to my xbox. I don't want to have to purchase a steam link to do this if
    the xbox is my way to do it. I got word from a buddy of mine that Phil Spencer commented on twitter that the Xbox team is bringing mouse and keyboard support as well as said feature ( the one in the title) to the Xbox One. My questions is i guess.... when
    ?

    Is there an ETA on such feature?

    XBOX 360 and Game Streaming

    Are you trying to stream a game from Xbox 360 to Windows 10? That's not supported - the media center of old was for streaming videos and songs.

    There is a way to stream Xbox 360 games to Windows 10, but it involved using an Xbox One and playing the backwards compatible Xbox 360 on the Xbox 360, then streaming the Xbox One to Windows 10.

    Unfortunately you can not reverse the stream with the Xbox One to Windows.

    Other words, you can't and won't be able to do such and it won't be arriving in such form anytime soon.

    @YeastyMoisture well i just got word that its the opposite of what you are saying Streaming Windows games to Xbox One Console :) but the dates are not firm.

    Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Just to clarify, you are streaming games from the Xbox one to your Windows 10 laptop. Correct? If so, you should look into this troubleshooting link for assistance : Troubleshooting
