    Streaming TV on SmartGlass


    I live in Italy and I have the Digital TV Tuner for Xbox One but on SmartGlass and SmartGlass Beta (running on my Lumia 635) there isn't the option to stream TV on the smartphone.

    Is this feature already avaible in Italy? How I can solve the problem?

    More information:

    - the versions of the apps are last avaible on the italian store

    - I'm in the Preview Program

    It only works with the OTA TV tuner dongle right now. I pressed the devs in the preview program if this feature would ever work with HDMI-IN and they said yes they are still working on the HDCP layer on the software side to make sure the streaming signal to Smartglass in encrypted.

    This is a killer feature is it gives you a sling box or a wireless cable box.

    Smartglass Stream TV?

    Hey there Vi7AL!

    You will need to have the Xbox One Digital TV Tuner to stream live TV to your devices, which is currently available in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. If you don't live in any of these regions, keep an eye out for when it will be released

    To stream live TV to your Xbox One SmartGlass app, grab your iOS or Windows device (Android support coming soon), open the SmartGlass app, select the TV tile and press "Watch TV".

    Cannot pause live TV.

    I have the exact same problem, it has started this week!

    I have also lost the TV streaming capability over the smartglass app.
