Streaming Issues Involving Input

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to stream off of your PC. Now, have some steps that could help on our support article entitled

Troubleshooting Xbox app game streaming on Windows 10 that I strongly suggest giving a shot if you haven't already

If that or the previously posted troubleshooting steps don't work, then to try a soft reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games
&
apps.

Streaming games is already possible through Onlive but the quality is not good and there is input lag.

Thank you for your post. I understand you are looking to stream games to your PC and use a mouse and keyboard as an input. Though this is not a feature through streaming, some games on Xbox support mouse and keyboard input directly to your console.
