    Streaming from Xbox needs to be updated


    I’m all honesty the streaming service on Xbox needs to be updated to either allow game chat, party chat, or discord chat to be heard when streaming directly from the Xbox. It would just make life so much easier rather than using a pc or Mac with 3rd party apps to give a better streaming experience for console users who either don’t have the funds or time to deal with a stream set up.

    When Xbox One's operating system is fully updated, it won't need WMC to stream videos from PC's or other devices.

    Could it possibly be your xbox overheating or maybe you have additional peripherals plugged in that could be causing some sort of conflict? it could be that the mixer needs an update though. I havent had this problem when streaming, but i stream from my

    Hey Chris, there were changes to how you stream from your Xbox console since Mixer shut down in July of 2020. In order to stream from the Xbox currently, you'll need to install the Twitch app. For more information on how to set that up, please review this article from Twitch on how to stream with their Xbox app.
