Streaming Download Speed

I've been using streaming a while its the only way i can use my turtle beachs on my xbox one through hooking it up through a xbox 360 controller and streaming so i can use my mic and headset together but when i am streaming my internet connection is god
awful and it shouldn't be i have 60 mbps along with somewhere between 3-6 mbps upload speed so i should have absolutely no problem such as in black ops 3 or downloading games i know this is an issue with the xbox app not using the network properly due to extreme
lag in my games when streaming and the moment i close the xbox app boom perfect 4 bars or my download kicks off going as fast as it used to all im saying is maybe work on optimizing the xbox apps network usage for streaming

You may have issues streaming content with that connection speed - we recommend around 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed as a start

INTERNET SPEED FOR CONSTANT STREAMERS!

What kind of Internet download and upload speeds do you have, and what is the number of users active on the internet do you have at one time?

I want to flawlessly stream my games on twitch while my roommates are also streaming or watching Netflix.

Please provide the following

This would be because while you're streaming your game to Windows 10, it seems network priority is given to that, as well as resources being diverted to keeping the stream going and at a good quality, and so all downloads are slowed to compensate for that,
to make sure you can get the video output across the network that you want to see. If it's important that your downloads go faster, what you can do is reduce the quality of the game streaming (you should now be able to toggle this even while still streaming)
and reduce it from Extreme to High or Low, which should reduce the load on your network and allow your downloads to run faster.

I wouldn't worry about the download and upload speeds too much to be honest with you. You should be able to stream fine with what you get. With my isp I only get 100Mbps download speed and 10Mbps upload speed, but I can stream fine, so you have nothing
to worry about there.

Still not solved

Same issue here:

Xbox One:

Download Speed: 86,34 Mbps

Upload Speed: 94,03 Mbps

Packetl loss: 0%

MTU: 1480

Latency: 148ms

I live in Amsterdam and location is set to United Kingdom

Now let see what speedtest say:

Amsterdam

Download speed: 86,21 Mbps

Upload speed: 94,82 Mbps

Packet loss: 0%

Latency: 4ms

London (by Vodafone UK):

Download speed: 87,10 Mbps

Upload speed: 94,42 Mbps

Packet loss: 0%

Latency: 12ms

Online gaming is no issue, but streaming to Twitch results in a laggy stream...

Your xbox will have slow downloading speeds if someone is streaming something on the same network. Make sure no-one is watching Netflix or something and your speeds will be much faster.
