Streaming bug* slow-mo playback

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. Im sorry to hear you're having trouble with your streaming bug. sometimes it has to do with your internet connection so before streaming try reconnecting to the internet and also check out your resolution
on your steaming app because sometimes it makes the stream go slow when you are on a higher resolution, and if that doesnt work then you can try using your steaming settings and see if their is something wrong or off there

Thank you for reaching out to Xbox forums support. I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you're experiencing with your console / streaming playback. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.

right when you counter, the screen flash and slows down into a little slow mo, you hit x to finish the character off, if u miss it, the assassin jus throws them to the side, i learned after poking at the slow mo counter

Went driving up to the Observatory on the Mountain. Went to change the radio station and was deciding on the station for to long.....Was in slow mo to see myself driving off the cliff, then went non slow mo for the 200 ft drop....

Max Payne 3 had slow mo bullet time online..and not everyone was slowed down..
