    Twitch or MS would require a minimum upload spear in order to stream. For instance in order to stream to Twitch from within BO2 the player is required to have a minimum of 1 MBps.

    this is wierd, when i start to stream it says i need a minimum of 1 viewers for the stream to go live(just cheked this 5 minutes ago).

    but here i see poeple writing about needing 10 poeple .

    Also i have found streams on elite that have only 1 viewer..

    Minimum Requirements?

    Maybe you can wait for the upcoming update for the game that'll arrive soon and fix many issues with Windows 10 Version, but consider upgrading your specs too.
