Stream problems with Final Fantasy XV

hi, i frequantly use the xbox stream on my PC, with all of my games i have no problems, exept for Final Fantasy XV, the game is extremly low (like picture to picture sometime) ang big latency whith control (when i can enter in the game), i'm in ethernet,
my game controler is connected on the xbox (wireless).

Someone esle have this problem or solve it?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

thanks for the reply, i peform the hard reset.

i start the game on tv : no problem.

i stream the same game on my pc with xbox companion, no slow effect, but no sound (the game is on the tv and on the pc, and there is no sound on the two device)

i will try to move the game on internal drive.

maybe i can make some precision, when i play only on tv there is no problems, when i used the strem fonction to play with my xbox one on my pc with xbox companion and only with final fantasy XV, all the game are slow (on tv and on the PC) but if i use the
xbox button on my controler, the xbox menu have normal speed, it's just this game when i use the stream fonction to play with my pc.

i don't use any card capture, and with the other game i don't have problems

Hi there some times the game acts up during installing some DLC and some other add ons. Is it the game as a whole or a just certain parts like combat?. Have to also ask do you use a capture device like a elgato capture card?.

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your question. It would seem quite a few players are experiencing an issue with downloading this DLC. After verifying on your account that you have the proper License to the content please try removing your profile
from the Xbox One and redownloading it. Here is an excerpt from the final fantasy website "FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES is available to players who purchased FINAL FANTASY XV and the FINAL FANTASY XV Season Pass, FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES
or the previously-released FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES (DLC version) ". Please let us know how it goes.
