Stream from Xbox and include Playstation players chat?

Does anyone know why only my voice is heard on Twitch stream? I know how to set up Party Chat with other xbox players, but it is not an option for friends I stream with who are on Playstation or PC. We hear each other in Game Chat, but there is no direction for including them on stream. I've been looking for awhile for an answer and everything I find is old and based on when streaming to Twitch was through the App.

We understand that you are trying to stream your games with the voice audio of you and your friend while gaming. Based on our last update with the Twitch via Xbox, this could be game-by-game issue where you cannot stream the audio of other players on PlayStation. There is a feature within the Twitch App that allows you to toggle party chat. However, if you would like to request this feature to be available please provide feedback to Team Xbox. We suggest you submit it through Feedback Hub via Windows (guide here), and Xbox Idea Hub.

The in game voice chat don't sync up with your stream? I would test out another game like mention above to see if the problem duplicates to narrow down the area. Are you stream straight from Xbox/PlayStation or are you using capture card?

Nevermind, I found this.

The bottom line is that if Xbox 360 players want the same “high definition” experience that is found in the PlayStation 3 and PC versions of the game, they will have to install the high resolution texture package that is included on the second disc to their
Xbox 360 hard drive. There is no actual difference in performance or content; this is a matter of storage space on the first disc and the ability to stream the high resolution textures from that disc.

Sorry, I'm not streaming from a PC. I am streaming using the Twitch app on an Xbox One which used to have the ability to include party chat in streams. I need to figure a way to reactivate this as the previously posted solutions no longer seem to work.

We solved half of my problems. My audio is now streaming to twitch. However, game chat is not. Last week on I was able to stream my mics audio AND my IN GAME chat audio to twitch directly from my Xbox series S, meaning my PC and Playstation party mates audio was making it into my stream.

That is not happening now. Slightly less frustrating but still quite.
