Stream from Mac to Xbox 1

Can anybody advise, how I can stream from an external HDD on my iMac to my Xbox 1, any advice is appreciated.

I tried the Sofaplay lite. Its a decent app but doesn't work to good and when i finally got it to work it only worked for 2 minutes

I assume you are talking about streaming movies or other media? The easiest method would be to set up a DLNA server on your mac. You can then use the Media Player app on the Xbox to access and stream the files.

There are several software titles that will do this. I use Plex - it's free to set up the DLNA server with that. http://plex.tv

No I tested from 2 different Windows computers fully updated and 1 mac and same issue. I think Microsoft might have screwed something up with their latest update for streaming Windows to xbox.

I talk about stream from Xbox on Mac Os.
Microsoft made app "Xbox" on iOS system, and i can download it from appstore, and play xbox from iPhone, so why it can't be on Mac Os, especially on mac with M1 processor.

I'm trying to upload captures from my xbox one to a USB or straight to my mac, is this possible? How can I get the captures onto my mac?

Unless you run something that can stream the xbox app, you would have to use a capture card that can take a HDMI input, there isn't a streaming app for the mac that I am aware of, unless you decide to broadcast to mixer, and then capture your mixer stream.
In that case,m you may as well use mixer to capture the content.
