strangest bug on xbox one Store

Today i started my xbox one. I went to the store. Now.; any game i open freezes in the menu where you can buy the game itself/.

If the game has a video, that will start, but the screen gets stretched from within the store. So very strange. No button work in this menu, except for B/back/.

I tried to power down my xbox, fresh restart. But it doesnt help. I cant buy any games, and cant scroll through the last page where you can actually but the game itself and see its option. It keeps on freezing. ????

Any tips? It seems like the more updates the console gets, the less reliable the xbox gets.

My system , ( six days old) ; loaded up part way and then STOPPED ! It accepted my User name and password , when I signed in ! let me program so far and stopped !

I suspect that Xbox , Xfinity , and Microsoft is just trying to get their hands on our credit card numbers , by trying to force us to buy passes from their store !!!

I chose to try their complimentary 30 minute pass, to try and continue to set up my box! Worked for the 30 mins. and then stopped in the middle of Avatar set up !

In my settings , there was a statement , that I had a Teredo problem. The system cut itself off from loading and won't lloyd at all until THEIR TEREDO PROBLEM IS FIXED !!!

GOT IN TOUCH WITH XBOX THEY TOOK MY INFORMATIOM. INCLUDING SERIAL # AND ITEM # ! MY XBOX WAS SUSPOSED TO BE SET UP TODAY , WITH XBOX LIVE ! IEVEN TRIED TO INSTALL MY MONTHLY PASS , HAVE TO DO THAT ON THE , TOLD ME TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW ;
AND IT GIVES THREE BLANKS , ( FOR A VREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ) , NO SPOT FOR THE PASS CARD CODE !!! I CAN'T PLAY MY GAMES ON DISCS !

I DON'T BELIEVE YHERE IS A TEREDO PROBLEM ; IT WAS LOADING FINE AT FIRST , AND WAS PROGRAMMING FINE WITH THE 30 MINUTE PASS ; AND WON'T LET ME ,APPLY MY 30 DAY PASS !!!

ALL THEY WANT , IS TO SCREW PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY , ( ILLEGALLY) !!!

ILLEGAL, BECAUSE YOU'RE SUSPOSED TO BE ABLE TO SET UP AND BE ABLE TO PLAY THE GAMES PN YOUR DISCS , FOR FREE WITH XBOX LIVE JUST TRYING TO MAKE YOU SO DISCUSTED , WITH THEIR , DISCRACFUL ATTEMPT TO GET YOU TO GIVE UP YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO
