Strange visual issues with overlays such as Nvidia and Reshade

- Update your drivers: Make sure your Nvidia drivers are updated to the latest version
- Reinstall Reshade: If the problem persists, you could try reinstalling Reshade. Make sure you completely remove the old version before installing the new one.
- Check Nvidia overlay settings: You can check and adjust Nvidia overlay settings in the GeForce Experience app
- Reset game settings: Some games have options to reset all graphical settings to their default values. This might help if some game setting is causing the problem.

Reviewing the case, I recommend you do the following:

Do a console reset

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information1.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset console? screen. you will see three options:

Reset and remove everything:

This option resets the console to factory settings. All user data, including accounts, saved games, settings, and primary Xbox associations, as well as all games and apps, will be deleted.

Reset and keep my games and apps:

Use this option as your primary choice for troubleshooting. Reset the OS and remove all potentially corrupted data without deleting your apps or games.

Cancel:

To exit this screen, simply select the Cancel button
