    Strange thing with some app the magnifier option appears


    using youtube When i try to close the consolle the magnifier si activated and i can’t see all the option to’ turn off the system. It appears the same when you switch no the magnifier butti can’disactivate, i have to. Turn off wait 10 minutes turn on and
    now the screen is ok. It is crazy

    Xbox One please help

    More than likely you're zoomed in on the display, and it's a feature from the new Xbox Update as well as the voice that reads everything.

    Hold the home button in the middle at the top of the controller until the option to turn off the Xbox or turn off the controller appears.

    Then look to the right size of the screen and there's a Magnifier option and Narrator option. Press the View button to turn the Magnifier off.

    And if the narrator is getting on your nerves, press the menu button to turn it off as well.

    Hover over the app you want to hide and press "start" button and ypu see some options in the window that appears...one of those options is to hide the app!!

    Hahhaha....I did a little experiment: I unplugged the a/v cord and took a qtip with alcohol and cleaned the rca plugs and then reconncted the cord. After that, it was normal! I guess when I was plugging it back up from Mom's house I must have pulled on
    the rcas loose slightly.
