    Strange purchasing error - missing game


    I tried purchasing the Black Ops Zombies Deluxe during the sale last week, right after buying a new xbox for the first time in years, the purchase seemed to go through when the game showed up in my download queue. It never started downloading, just sat there
    in queue, so i went back to playing a game already installed thinking the download would start sooner or later. Fast forward a few days, the download is no longer in queue and the money hasnt left my account. Paypal is linked just fine, other purchases are
    going through, but now my attempted purchase is nowhere to be found. I also purchased titanfall 2, same thing, showed in queue and has since disappeared. So the games i thought i bought are nowhere to be found, and i hardly think its fair to expect me to pay
    full price.

    Microsoft, please help?

    i have already spoken woth support, the gentleman who assisted me gave reference number 1435861870

    Missing stranger?

    check out game faqs walk thrus. There is one starnger somewhere to the south east of gaptooth hideout which is hard to find. I had to be off road and just barely heard him playing the harmonica.

    They don't pop up in the same order always. For example the one near Seth's chapel does not pop up unless you going to see Seth for the first time.

    I did contact xbox directly, they advised there is a sales and promotion team here that may help because of the unique circumstance

    Unfortunately once a sale ends it is no longer possible to get that sale price again unless the game goes on sale again You can try contacting support again to see if there is anything they can do regarding the original purchase, but we are just fellow gamers
    here and can't do anything about the price.

    COD modern warfare “missing data pack”

    Having the same problem on MW with the missing data packs after purchasing new X box 1 X and re-downloading all games. Getting a error message of "purchase failed error code PILUM" when trying to download packs. Also using manage game menu, and re-downloading packs, still no luck and same error code saying missing.
