Discus and support Strange issue when trying to load Xbox.com/play from within Chrome in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; When I load up Xbox.com/play on Chrome and login all of the games are grayed out and I can’t select anything.     Strange issue when trying to load Xbox.com/play from within Chrome


    When I load up Xbox.com/play on Chrome and login all of the games are grayed out and I can’t select anything.

    I am an ultimate subscriber.

    It works fine on my phone, but is failing on my Android device.

    Thanks for any help you can give.

    Thanks for the reply. I have no problems sending messages from Xbox One, Xbox App or the Xbox.com website when I use Google Chrome. The website fails to load my messages only when I am using Edge or Firefox.

    Let me suggest you to play from browser. Open in chrome xbox.com/play.

    I just installed the latest update, and it won't load. What is happening is that it's failing to login to xbox.com from the xbox apps. I can login to xbox.com in edge AND chrome, but I start Microsoft Sudoku and it tells me it's sorry but it can't log me
    in right now, try logging in to xbox.com and restarting the app.

    Obviously they have problems, but support from Microsoft seems to be at their traditional level: useless.

    I can't complete some functions when in xboxlive.com due to a weird Silverlight issue.

    Issues like this are typically caused by the user's PC, either something not installing properly or settings preventing it from functioning properly. Gwyther wanted you to try another browser to try and narrow down if it's the browser that is causing the
    issue or if it is your PC. I use to have an issue browsing xbox.com with Firefox, when I switched to Chrome the issues were resolved, so it stands to reason that something with my Firefox setup was preventing it from loading properly. I never figured out
    what exactly caused it, I just that know it was Firefox. So until you test a different browser, it will be difficult to determine the cause.
