Strange issue during turning on

Hello. I have my Xbox Series X since launch. I noticed that when you turn console off, sometimes fan is spinni.g or no. I don't know if that is fine but it can be important to my question. Yesterday I turned on my console and then propably switched it off. After 2-3 minutes I wanted to turn it on again but it has light on power for 1 second button and didn't turned on. I tried again and it turned on. 1-2 hours later I wanted to turn my console with my controller but it didn't work. My controller had light like when was connected to xbox. I had to start my console with power button. Controller was connected and everything was fine. But I couldn't start my console with controller again . I did hard reset (10 secs holding power button). It worked. I think this thins is buggy. When you turn off your console after 2-3 minutes it's like turning on for a while, disc drive is spinning and then it is completely turned off. But if you try to turn on your console before that it won't turn on. Sometimes there is problem with turning on console with controller after that. I don't know if this is normal behavior. It worries me a little. I don't know it happend before. Maybe it occured after certain update. I don't know if this is hardware problem. Is there something to worry about? My console is running games just fine and it's really quiet.

You may have tried to turn the console on while it is completing a System (OS) update.

I do a lot of OS updates each week (Alpha Skip Ahead Insider) and know that if the fan is blowing air out of the top of my Series X when I try to turn it on, it is updating the System OS.

Depending on what stage the update is at, Downloading, Verifying or Applying, lights on the console will flash. If you see lights flashing on the console it means the update is rebooting to do the Applying stage of the update. This takes a couple of minutes and then console will go back to Standby mode and the light will go out as in off.

You can now turn the console back on.

If you use this function a lot to turn off the console and try to turn it back on after 2 minutes, you can leave the console in standby mode.

Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.

Select Profile & System > Settings > General > Power & Startup Mode.

Select the Power Mode drop-down menu to change the setting.

Console is not part of insider. I don't know if it helps. I did it before and controler still not lauching my xbox.
