Strange incident where party chat switched device. Has someone else experienced this?

How do you know it isn't your "friends" in party chat reporting you? You ARE communicating with a mic with someone when these incidents are supposed to have occurred. Anyone else have access to your account?

Yeah the issue for me isn't having connectivity problems or moderate NAT it's the clumsy system of having to switch on party chat every-time as mentioned by someone else even when hosting even then your are required to (Turn On Party Chat) when by default
it should be on?

• On which device are you streaming while using the Party Chat?
• Does the issue occur when you are streaming without the Party Chat enabled?
• How do you connect your device to the network?
• How many devices are connected to your network hardware?

Welcome to the forums, sorry you're experiencing these problems with the game.

This seems like a strange issue, but i have done a bit of research on this as its not happening to me on my Xbox one X and Xbox OG.

It appears to have something to do with the party chat, and specifically the Party chat overlay. There have been suggestions to turn the overlay off, or attempt to play without party chat.

But this error doesnt seem to be xbox specific as there are also PS and PC gamers also experiencing similar issues, which means its the game, and not the console.

If you're experiencing this same issue on all of your other games on your console, then the console may be damaged/faulty and may need a repair. If its only Call of Duty, then its clearly the game, and not the device.

Hopefully attempting to try the game without being in a party, or with having the party chat overlay off helps the problem for now till the fixes are applied to the game.
